Happy Trekking

Had a good afternoon working around Epsom town centre with my new addition to the technology famaily the Trekker¬! I have had a couple of testing days due to accidentilly letting the battery run flat and then had to reinstall the software which really pissed me off, but at least I learn now rather than later out on the road.

Over all very pleased with the results and realised streets and location that I have never known were there until this afternoon.

I did however pop in at the local pub on route the railway guaard and it was a refreshing period for both my self and fellow companion lois my trusty guide dog of some 6 yrs.

Unfortunately the battery on the gps receiver ran flat on the way home so it was not a true test of how far I would have travelled if this had not happened so resulted to Waitrose for the weekly shop!!

I am very happy with the Trekker but will have to purchase a different receiver for trips in to London for Band gigs.
